DOUBLE STACK: This event is limited to the first 350 entrants
This ever growing event is becoming one of our menu's specialties. The Double Stack is for those of you interested in adding to the challenge. Simply put, you run both the 5K and the 10K runs and your finish times will be combined and then ranked against other "Double Stack" competitors. There will be 90 minutes between the starts of the two events so you will have to figure out a strategy balancing out your pacing and recovery time to produce your over-all best time.
The Double Stack will present awards to the top three finishers in the following male/female age divisions: 15 & under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+.
Double Stack entrants are eligible for age group awards in the Double Stack and the 5K/10K races in addition to the over-all Champion awards of both races. Last year, 18% of the competitors chose to Double Stack it. Double Stack finishers will receive 1 custom branded Double Stack finisher's medal.
