future event Notice request
Dear Neighbor,
On February 5, 2023, the 44th annual Runner’s Den Pancake Run presented by IHOP will again be staged, starting at the PV Mall Redevelopment Project. This 5K/10K running event dates back to the opening of PV Mall in 1979 and has remained a favorite of the Valley’s fitness community for 44 years. It again benefits the Girls on the Run serving Maricopa County programs.

If your residence is located in an area that might be impacted by the event, we want you to know that every effort is being made to minimize any inconvenience you might encounter.  Updates will be posted here regularly to outline road and neighborhood impact on race morning.  Again, every effort will be made to lessen the inconvenience to all neighbors on or near the race course.

Thank you for your understanding and support of this great community event.
