The 5K, 10K and Double Stack events are open to everyone with no minimum age. Top male/female over-all winners of the 10K/5K & Double Stack will be presented custom awards. In addition, the top three finishers of the 5K & 10K in each of the following age groups will receive custom made medals: 11 & under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+. The 5K Walk is chip-timed and will be scored as part of the 5K Run.

The Double Stack will present awards to the top three finishers (combined times of the 5K and 10K) in the following female and male age divisions: 15 & under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+.

The 10K USAT&F certified course is a flat, blazingly fast loop. There will be split times each mile with four aid stations appropriately placed. All participants will receive a chip generated finishing time with individual, age-group and over-all placing. Water is available at (4) locations: approximately 1.25m, 2, 3.5m, 5m.
To avoid course conflictsbetween the two events, there is a 90 minute time limit to complete the 10K course. ( 14:31 pace. ) Walkers are welcome to participate but will be asked to move to the sidewalk and wait until the 5K start has passed, if necessary.

Simply put, you run both the 5K and the 10K runs and your finish times will be combined and then ranked against other "Double Stack" competitors. There will be 90 minutes between the starts of the two events so you will have to figure out a strategy balancing out your pacing and recovery time to produce your over-all best time.
