It's Race Week and here is your final update with some important reminders to make Race Day go as smoothly as possible.

EARLY PACKET PICK UP -
Early Packet Pick-Up has been expanded to (2) days in order to lessen lines and congestion on race day. We encourage everyone to pick up their packet prior to race day if possible. You are welcome to pick up packets for family and friends (limit 5).

Friday, February 3: 10am - 6pm
Saturday, February 4: 10am - 5pm
In addition to race packets, the (300) Really Big Raffle winners will also be able to pick up their prizes. (All entrants are automatically entered and emailed the good news.)

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION
With the redevelopment of Paradise Valley Mall well under way, the parking situation will be substantially different from earlier years. We greatly appreciate the project developer allowing us access to the property and accordingly, we must all follow specific guidelines to enter, park and exit the property. The existing Parking Structure located on the north side of the development, is immediately south of the Phoenix Public Library. It will accommodate all of the parking needs. Access to this structure will be readily available but with anticipated traffic, please be patient when entering and exiting the facility. The parking structure is less than 100 yards from the Staging Area
VERY IMPORTANT
To access the Parking Structure, you must use Paradise Village Parkway, entering and heading north from Cactus Road. Follow the "Event Parking" signs and instructions of the traffic guards.
For specific directions to the Parking Structure, see the map below. Better yet, download instructions using the button below. There will also be limited parking on the surface lot, adjacent to the Sears Service Center, just west of Tatum Blvd. Enter from Tatum and proceed north on the access road to the lot.

FAQs
- Where is Race Day Staging Area?: Northeast corner of PV Mall Redevelopment Project.
- Where do I Park?: There is an abundance of parking in the PV Mall Parking structure located on the north side of the property.
- What time should I get to the race site: To allow time getting in and out of the Parking Structure, allow an extra 10 minutes. Having picked up your packet early at Runner's Den at packet pick up on February 3rd or 4th, 45 minutes prior to your starting time will be plenty.
- Is there a Gear check?: No. With parking so close, we encourage you to store your gear in your car.
- Where are the START/FINISH lines?: The 5K and 10K Start and Finish are on 46th St., immediately adjacent to the staging area .The Diaper Derby start and finish are just east of the registration area in the lot.
- Where are the Rest Rooms located?: Rest Rooms are located at the far east side of the staging area parking lot.
- Are dogs permitted? No! So there is no misunderstanding, if seen on the course, the human participant's finish results will be deleted, no Finisher medal will be presented and the pancakes will be given to the dog.
- Shirt Size Exchanges: Participants will receive the size they requested when registering. Exchanges will be available from remaining inventory, following the 5K start on race day. Excess shirts will be available for purchase at $10 each.
- How do I change races on Race Day: Go to the "Solutions" tent in the staging area area. They'll fix you up.
- If I still have questions race day, how do I get answers? Watch for the roaming, sign carrying Information Volunteer or go to the "Solutions" tent in the staging area.
- Double Stack finisher medals will be distributed after the 5K
- Water is available prior to the starts, immediately east of Start/Finish line in the staging area.
- Award Medals can be picked up any time after you have seen the results posted on the video boards at the AWARDS table. There will be no official Awards Ceremony.
- Will there be a staging area for Elite Runners?: Potential overall race winners (men 5:30 per mile, women 6:30 per mile) in both races will be placed in a starting pen at the front of the pack, prior to the starts.
